Proceeds from every Virginia State University Alumni Associaton fundraiser and/or life membership helps to fund the Association’s Endowed Scholarship or Tuition Assistance Fund(s) which help to make a difference in the lives of deserving students marticulating at Virginia State University each year.

For more than a century, the Virginia State University Alumni Assocation’s mission has been two fold: 1) foster life-long relationships between the University and its alumni and 2) support the University’s programs and mission. Today, with a membership roster of over 1,000 membes and over 50 active chapterslocated across the country, the Alumni Association continues to be a committed partner to the University.

Your membership gives you the opportunity to work with the VSU Admissions Office to assist in the recruitment and retention of future students and new alumni. Joining the Virginia State University Alumni Association provides parents of current students at the University with an advocate who is familiar with the University’s policies and procedures.
