This will help keep you connected and up-to-date on news and information about the Alumni Association and the University wherever opportunity takes you. To join, click here to sign-up or text VSUAA to 22828 to get started.

Inform the University of your new mailing address
Wherever opportunity takes you, keep the University informed of your new mailing address by updating your information through our Update Your Information page. This will help the University and the Alumni Association stay in constant contact with you and ensure that you receive alumni information, such as the VSU Alumni Magazine.

Obtain information on the nearest alumni chapter in your new area
Connecting with a local chapter in your area will offer you opportunities for service, friendship and networking with other alumni who share not only your love for Virginia State but also your professional or social interests. Make sure you check out the Alumni Chapter section on this site to get all the information you will need about joining.

VSU To Become First Public HBCU In Virginia To Offer Masters of Business Administration

Virginia State University is proud to announce that its College of Business has been approved to offer a new Master of Business Administration (MBA) program by the State Council of Higher Education of Virginia (SCHEV). When the new graduate degree program goes into effect for Fall 2024, VSU will be the first public Historically Black College or University (HBCU) in Virginia to offer an MBA in Business Administration.

The Master of Business Administration program will be available in both traditional face-to-face and fully online delivery formats, ensuring students benefit from an engaging and flexible learning experience facilitated by the University's faculty.
