The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Virginia State University Alumni Association, and is made up of elected representatives from each of the active chapters that make up the Alumni Association. The board’s main purpose is to make policy that directs the association toward the attainment of its goals. Association committees include Alumni Giving, Awards, Bylaws, Budget and Finance, Fund-raising, Legislative, Membership, Programs, Recruitment, Information and Communication, and Heritage and Archives. Board members are composed of VSU graduates from various class years and from all walks of life. We’d like for you to get to know them and feel free to contact them if you’d like to get involved in the Alumni Association.
