General notice of the VSUAA Board of Directors' Meeting
The next Virginia State University Alumni Association Board of Director's Meeting will be held on:
Date: February 18, 2012
Time: 9:30AM (Breakfast will be served at 9:00AM)
Place: 2nd Floor, Jones Dining Hall, Campus of VSU
The VSUAA Board of Director meetings are held four times a year during the months of August, November, February, and May on the campus of Virginia State University. Special Meetings are called when necessary, based on two-thirds vote of the Board. Quarterly meetings, other than the Annual Meeting, are held at alternate locations as designated by the Board of Directors.
The annual budget of the Association is presented to the Board at the February meeting and recommended to the membership at the Annual Meeting for approval by the members in attendance. Financial members of the Alumni Association are invited to attend all public meetings.
